The company won the third prize of enterprise group in the first Tai'an "high tech Cup" innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition

On the morning of October 30, 2015, our company participated in the touring exhibition of the first Tai'an "high tech Cup" innovation and entrepreneurship competition, and displayed the award-winning scientific and technological achievements of the competition for the high tech Zone and universities in Thailand. The project of "high performance zirconium aluminum cerium polishing and grinding material" of our company won the third prize of the enterprise group.

The high-performance aluminum oxide (cerium and zirconium) polishing material developed by our company is a special crystal polishing material, which is mainly used in the surface polishing of semiconductor silicon germanium materials and epitaxial wafers of LED substrates. It is an important auxiliary material for optoelectronics and information industries in the national aerospace and national defense undertakings. This technology integrates the polishing characteristics of zirconia, ceria, alumina and other materials. The polishing process is mild, the polished surface is smooth, and the glass surface has a high finish. In the process of R & D, production and technical transformation, it has completed nine technological innovations, producing four categories of products: Blue glass special polishing powder, LCD polishing powder, soft and hard polishing liquid, and ultra-thin curved mobile phone polishing liquid.
